Twenty tow vehicles and twenty 18,000 GVW custom built emergency response trailers are being placed in service throughout Oklahoma.  

The tow vehicles are built on F-550 Ford 4X4 Diesel chassis with a custom designed “Emergency Response” truck bed which includes equipment compartments, special lighting and a 72 gallon auxiliary fuel tank with electric fuel pump and delivery hose.  

Twelve of the trailer units are designed for hazardous materials response and have air conditioned command areas, Hypres air fill stations and 20 KW diesel Onan diesel generators, light towers and satellite communications.

Eight of the units will be equipped with heavy rescue gear, the same command and equipment area and a 10 KW diesel Onan diesel generator.
