The Torrent displays all the advantages of a Roof Turret, but with better visibility.
A standard roof turret presents a challenge in visibility because of over-spray.  With the Torrent, the nozzle is extended out and the over-spray is limited.

Better visibility leads to better Agent Application and extinguishment of the fire.
