Crash Rescue Equipment Service, Inc. maintains a number of field service personnel, each equipped with a service truck complete with tools, equipment and minor parts required to service and inspect all makes of ARFF vehicles and all models of the Snozzle. While much of their schedule is occupied by Preventive Maintenance programmed service calls, they can easily be diverted where needed for emergency repairs.

We supplement our field service people with qualified mechanics from our remanufacturing and Snozzle departments. This available service personnel pool along with our 24-Hour Parts Centerallows us to get your equipment back up and going in 48 hours or less. And, if a major component failure will keep your vehicle out of service for an extended time period our ARFF Vehicle Leasing plan can provide a replacement vehicle.

In addition, we are equipped to transport ARFF vehicles (including the massive Oshkosh P-15 4,000 gallon unit) anywhere in the United States. Transportation includes permits, escorts, special routing and all other requirements for oversize and overweight loads.
